Privacy policy

Last updated: 30/09/2026

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information Fast Fix Pest Control collects when you use www.fastfixpestcontrol.co.uk, call us or fill in our form, how we use it, and what your rights are.

Who we are

This website is run by Fast Fix Pest Control. We are responsible for your personal information (the "controller" under UK data protection law). You can contact us by phone on 07476 552067 or by email at [email protected].

What information we collect

• What you give us: your name, phone number and the details you tell us about your pest problem, including your address or area if you share it.
• When you call or text us: your phone number, the time of the call or message, and what you tell us.
• When you visit the site: basic technical information such as your device, browser and the pages you looked at, collected through cookies (see below).

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange a visit. We do this because you asked us to, and to take steps before entering into a contract with you.
• To send you SMS messages such as appointment reminders, updates and occasional offers, if you have agreed to receive them. We rely on your consent for this, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.
• To keep records of our work and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
• To keep the website working and understand how it is used, so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where we need to, with:

• the pest control technicians and partner companies who carry out the work, so they can contact you and deal with your problem;
• service providers who help us run the business, such as our website, customer management and SMS platforms (including GoHighLevel), who may only use it on our instructions;
• authorities where the law requires us to.

We will not sell your personal information. We will not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Some of our service providers may store data outside the UK. Where that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, as required by UK data protection law.

SMS messages

If you submit our form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Fast Fix Pest Control on the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we will stop sending you marketing messages.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make it work and to help us understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, and records of completed work for as long as we need them for legal and accounting purposes (usually up to 6 years). After that we delete it securely.

How we keep it safe

We use reputable platforms with security measures in place and only give access to people who need it to deal with your enquiry.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is wrong;
• ask us to delete your information;
• object to or ask us to limit how we use it;
• withdraw your consent at any time, including to SMS messages;
• ask us to transfer your information to another organisation.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.
